However I can still diagnose or fix your problem over the phone, I can even connect remotely to your computer to fix more complicated problems.

The cost will be £10 every 15 minutes. I will send an invoice with payment details after the call to your email address.

In an emergency it can be arranged for you to drop your computer at the door.
